Directions
Always test product in an inconspicuous area first to determine suitability. Suitability is always the responsibility of the user. Suitability is always the responsibility of the user. Make sure surface is clean, dry and free from all dust, dirt, grease, oil and waxes.
SmartFill-X can be applied with a pump sprayer or microfiber mop.
- Mist floor with water before applying SmartFill-X. Make sure floor has been coated with plenty of water without creating puddles.
- Apply SmartFill-Xon the floor liberally while floor is still wet, continue to apply SmartFill-X10-20 feet in front of the grinders working path.
- Using a fine bristled broom, brush the floor with the broom to help SmartFill-X absorb into the concrete.
- Run the grinder over SmartFill-X while suing 120 grit metal diamonds.
- SmartFill-X will combine with slurry and will be pushed into holes and air bubbles.
- Sweep floor with fine bristle brush broom to ensure excess slurry debris is removed.
- Proceed to the next grinding polishing steps as usual.

- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and frost. Keep the container tightly closed.
- Flammability: SmartFill X is non-flammable, the product can emit toxic fumes when exposed to flame. Keep away from heat and open flames.
- First Aid:
- Eye Contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
- Skin Contact: Wash with soap and water.
- Ingestion: Do NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately.
- Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, seek medical attention. Use artificial respiration if necessary.
